Fear the Fear Itself

Sometimes I remind myself of what scares me. That way I won't be surprised by fear when it slaps me in the face. Here's a list, or something like it. Mostly for me; not so much for you.

• Sharks and deep water
• Needles/shots
• Marrying the wrong person
• Dying a violent death
• Poverty
• Losing another loved one
